To achieve maximal anti-aging effect, eleven different peptides with various biological activities have been added. The cream contains a cyclopeptide that decreases visible signs of wrinkles, adding flexibility and elasticity. The cyclic structure of the peptide makes it the best fit for the key and lock model.
This revolutionary peptide, displays a high level of selective bonding with some receptors, such as the integrins of alphavbeta5 and alphavbeta6. In this way, it operates as messengers, communicating between the skin cells while increasing their repair. Integrins bind themselves to components of ECM (the extra cellular matrix), such as fibronectin, vitronectin, collagen, and laminin. The integrins are responsible for the transmission of signals between the skin cells, and their surrounding environment of skin layers. Thus, containing selective activity, they represent a new effective dimension to anti-aging skin care. The peptide operates with decisive accuracy, and is sheltered from natural proteases (protein degrading enzymes) in the skin.
The process of communication between the epidermis (upper layer of skin) and dermis (under layer of skin), stimulates the production of vital proteins of the basal lamina, and it protects the ECM structures from degrading from the effect of enzymes with high levels of activity, such as collagenases and elastases (enzymes which break down collagens and elastins).
The effect of the cyclopeptide on the decreasing of the collageneases and elastases, along with the increasing level of collagen and laminin, is important for the balance in the basal lamina, which joins and holds the upper and lower skin layers together. The degrading of the basal lamina – called DEJ (Dermal Epidermal Junction) – is the first sign of aging in the skin.
Furthermore, from a mixture of tri- and tetrapeptides, the cream is enriched with a new dimension of softness. Tri- and tetrapeptides stimulate the formation of several extremely important types of collagen, which are used to preserve and rebuild the DEJ (basal lamina).

TRI- AND TETRAPETIDES:
Furthermore, the creams are formulated with biovectors that possess a triple effect, which rejuvenates and moistures, and they have a pre-emptive anti-aging effect. Biovectors are a fusion of naturally occurring amino acids and plant molecules. They perform as messenger molecules, and provide a wakeup call for the skin, enabling it to rejuvenate itself.

The combined effect is constant moisture and stimulation, of the natural anti-aging defense mechanisms of the skin. Hence, the biovectors in Anti-Aging Molecular Messenger Cream are wrinkle corrective and moisturizing.
However, to solely boost the collagen production is not enough to achieve a complete anti-aging effect on the skin. Amongst other factors, the arrangement of skin fibres is equally important. The effective bonding of the fibres is initiated and regulated by certain components of the skin – including small molecules called proteoglycans (a complex of sugar/glycosylated proteins), which unite with the collagen fibres while reducing the gap between them, creating efficient collagen fibres.
Of the small complexes of glycosylated proteins, there is one inparticular which stand out: luminican, which is also involved in the synthesis of the collagen fibres. To stimulate the metabolism of luminican, the cream has been added another tetrapeptide – a true expert peptide. The tetrapeptide affects the metabolism of luminican through its immanent anti-aging biological effect, thereby strengthening the synthesis of collagen I and the synthesis of luminican, to gain an optimal structure and functionality of the extracellular matrix (ECM). The density of the dermis is improved, making the skin feel firmer, softer, and more delicate.
Yet another messenger tetrapeptide, with anti-aging effect, improves epidermal attachment, by stimulating the synthesis of syndecan-1, which is a small glycosylated protein involved in the cohesiveness of epidermal keratinocytes and collagen XVII.
This cohesion is fundamental for the link between keratin filaments and the basal lamina. The firmness and elasticity of the skin is amplified, and it provides a glowing and smooth surface.
This is topped off by a unique biovector with build-in amino acids, which boosts the ‘time proteins’ – survivin and sir tuin – and thereby the life span of the skin cells. The skin will appear vital, young, healthy, and beautiful.The biovector boosts the communication between skin cells – in other words, it stimulates the dialogue proteins of the skin cells – also called conversational proteins – connexins, nidogens, and pleiotrophins. These proteins are responsible for the communication in the dermis and for the increased interaction in the dermal/epidermal. Nidogens are involved in the folding structure of the DEJ (the basal lamina), and increase the interaction between the dermis and the epidermis. Pleiotrophin plays a central part in administering the keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation. In the dermis, inter cellular interactions are recreated, by boosting the connexins – crucial transmembrane proteins, which allows intercellular communication and the transfer of ions and small signal molecules between the skin cells. The communication between cells is central in the regeneration of the dermis. By revitalizing the communication (bio signals), the biovector ensures that all types of wrinkles are visibly reduced.
